Her background in founding the award winning Diverse Empowered Woman's Club in 2018 demonstrates her passion for community involvement and her dedication to empowering disadvantaged communities. Noemi has completed classes in bookkeeping, payroll, and finance. She is also currently enrolled in the MBA program at Fresno State. The MBA program has taught Noemi how to value projects, understand the project's future cash flow, and discount the time value of money in order to value projects.
Noemi is committed to building support for the project and ensuring that low to moderate income families and disadvantaged communities have access to sustainable energy solutions. Noemi's experience in real estate sales, contract negotiation, title and escrow, social media management, coordinating, planning, and organizational skills makes her an ideal leader for the Green Power 4 All team. She has a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of the community.
